Point of Sale at Racetracks & Disclaimer of Liability

Transeva exclusively sells its products at racetrack events and through authorized vendors at these locations. All purchases made at these locations are subject to the following conditions:

  • No Online Sales: Transeva does not sell products through an online platform, and all sales transactions occur in-person at racetrack venues.

  • Products Sold "As Is": All items sold at racetrack events are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with no additional warranties beyond those explicitly stated at the time of sale.

  • No Implied Fitness for Racing Use: Due to the extreme conditions of motorsports, Transeva does not guaranteethe suitability of any parts or accessories for high-performance or competitive racing use unless explicitly stated.

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the proper installation and use of any parts purchased at racetracks. Transeva will not be held liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation, modification, or use of its products.

  • Liability Waiver: By purchasing and using Transeva products at racetrack events, You acknowledge that motorsports activities carry inherent risks. Transeva shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, property damage, or consequential losses arising from the use of its products in racing or high-performance applications. Customers assume full responsibility for ensuring that any part or accessory is suitable for their intended use.

Safety Information

Access to the Materials is intended to support qualified automotive mechanics and professionals in carrying out repair or servicing work. It is essential to use the specified tools and adhere to proper repair guidelines. We shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred due to improper use of the Materials.
